Took Monday off completely after Sundays fun.
Tonight was sharpfit.

Plank left side/plank hip touches/plank left side
Clean left/goblet squat/clean right
Single leg dead lift left/sumo/single leg dead lift right
Push press left/ h2h swing/ push press right
