Monday -Review

Food intake was good

Breakfast- 
1 cup o' coffee
Almonds
Banana's
larabar

lunch-
Large plate of greenbeans and brussel sprouts
bowl of ham and split pea soup
Chicken salad with lettuce and tomatoes

Dinner-
Roasted chicken breast with salad

snacks included dates and more dates.

Hockey lesson was 1 hour ..lots of squatting and work on balance...I sucked but still was fun.
