Tuesdays Crossfit session and Hockey

Partner Ladders 1/2/3/4/5 x 5 Minute Rounds

Snatch L/R
Clean & Press L/R
Double Front Squat
Renegade Rows
Double Get Up Sit Ups

Beth kicked my ass and suggested I stop wussing out and go with heavier weights.  Hockey was uneventful, Actually wife scored a goal that was missed by refs but I played ok.  I got a lot of people saying I played a great game but didn't feel it.  I think people tend to focus on what they did wrong and not what they did right most of the time.

Here I am doing what I do best.
