Today was a 15 mile -moderate to hard effort pace run. I decided to go to Pawtuckaway and do my large loop.
Conditions were nice. A little chilly but I warmed up pretty fast. Calories were needed and body was responding fast but apparently I started with some empty tanks.... A little tough by the end but not feeling very sore right now. Must be all that mobility work I'm doing during the week.

Mobility work :
Going to spend 10 min on calves and 10 min on the glutes with both a roller and the lacross ball.
Tomorrow is going to be an easy road run in the morning.
