Crossfit Tuesday

Monday was my night off - Tuesday's entertainment was a ladder workout. Started with some lighter weights but moved up after 2 warm up rounds.


Ladder Down 10 --> 1

Cleans
Bulgarian Split Squats
Hanging Knees to Elbow
Push Press
Ab Mat Sit Ups

 

 Here I am tripping over a bench for time... Work out took 43 min.. Heart rate got up there.  About 168 max with an avg of 125
